Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship?

YM Sketch currently ships only within Egypt.


  • How do I check my order status ?

As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be contacted via email confirming the shipping details.

Also via sms with your tracking number and courier customer service phone number.


  • What do I do if i receive the wrong product/s?

If the product you receive is not what you ordered, YM Sketch will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.

Should this occur, Please email [email protected] with subject ‘Returns & Refunds’ as the reason. You will then be contacted in order to organize order collection, at no extra cost. Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies to our return terms.

Refunds are processed within 14 days and are automatically made using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.


  • When will I get my order?

Orders are processed during business days (Saturday to Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00pm).Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Since deliveries are not made on Fridays or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.

Any orders placed on Thursday or Friday day will not ship until the following Saturday.

  • Why is my order late?

Our order fulfillment center aims to deliver all orders within specified delivery times.

Unfortunately however, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may very occasionally be subject to delays.


  • Why isn’t it possible to deliver my order ?

Possible issues regarding shipping may include:

-The product you ordered is out of stock;

-The delivery address is in a country or area that we do not currently deliver to.

  • What are the shipping times and costs?

Return & Refund

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

It is not possible to edit or cancel a fulfilled order. However, once you receive the item, you can return it by sending an email to [email protected] determining a reason.


  • What’s your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with an item or items, please contact [email protected] with the stated issue and order number. To qualify for our return terms you must place your return request within 14 days of the receipt of your order.The return must be delivered within 14 days from when you receive your return authorization.

Please note: personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization are defective.

Return Terms:

The returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Item(s) will be exchanged or refunded, depending on if the item is in stock for an exchange.Customer will pay double fees for courier service .


  • Can I return my order in any YM Sketch reseller store ?

Currently, products ordered on ymsketch.com cannot be returned in reseller store.


  • Will I be refunded for return shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping costs.


  • How can I return ordered items?

Before returning any products, you must request authorization from Customer Support , by sending email to [email protected] ‘Returns & Refunds’ as the subject reason. You will then be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.

You are free to choose a shipping method to return the product(s), although we highly recommend you to choose a tracked service.


  • How many days do I have to request a return?

To qualify for our return terms you must place your return request within 14 days of the receipt of your order.The return must be delivered within 14 days from when you receive your return authorization.

Promotions & Vouchers

  • What can I do if my promo code doesn’t work?

When using a promo code, you might get an error message saying the code is expired or not valid. If you try to use a code after its expiration date, it won’t be applied.

If the error message says the code is not valid, please check:

    • The terms and conditions of the promo code
    • Spacing or spelling mistakes

  • How do I redeem my promo code?

You will be able to redeem your promo code at the checkout, in the dedicated box.

  • Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you don’t want to register or don’t have an account on ymsketch.com you will be able to place an order as a guest.

    • Ability to save your payment method for a faster checkout.

  • Can the shipping and payment addresses be different?

  • Why was my order canceled?

Here are a few causes that are likely to have prevented us from shipping your order:

    • The product you ordered is out of stock;
    • The delivery address is in a country or area that we do not currently deliver to.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

YM Sketch uses cash on delivery as it’s only method of payment.


  • How do I make a purchase?

Once you have found the item(s) that you wish to purchase, simply click on the ‘Add to cart’ icon below the image and the item will be automatically added to your cart. Alternatively, you can click on the product image or title to visit the product page and find all the information you may need. Once you’re happy, simply click on the ‘Add to cart button you see in this page and the item will be added to your cart.
Your cart is permanently on the top right of your screen and it’s constantly updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your cart before checking out.
When you are ready to complete your order, click simply click on your cart (top right of the screen) and enter a promo code if given then proceed to checkout .

You can either checkout as a registered customer or as a guest:

If you already have an account registered with us, you may be asked to login, and then proceed to the ‘Checkout’.

Checkout as a guest:
If you do not have a registered account with us, you can choose if you prefer to register here or to checkout without registering through the ‘Checkout as a Guest’ option.

In both cases, you will need to enter the details necessary to complete your order (i.e. your delivery information and email address). Ensure that all of your address, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order

  • How will I know you received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email, within 12 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail filter. Alternatively, your order may be on hold, in which case you will receive an on hold email from us.


  • How can I retrieve my order number?

When you place an order, we send an order confirmation email to the email address your account is registered to or to the email address you provided during the checkout process, if you don’t have a registered account. This email includes your order number (example: order # 19875).
